How to choose the board of directors

By law, three directors must be appointed. One person may hold the positions of president, secretary and treasurer at the same time. This option is recommended when the beneficiary wishes to assume these roles directly. In that case it will still be necessary to add two more directors. These can be indicated by the client or provided by us at a cost of EUR 100 per year. If they are provided by us, the word “appointed” must be written in the corresponding fields.

Please note: By listing their names on the Board of Directors, Directors lose their anonymity since by law the names of directors appear in the Public Register and are therefore public.
Indicate the source of funds of the actual beneficiaries to start the activity or the funds the company receives on an ongoing basis (by wire transfer)

Please provide specific details of all countries in which the Society or Foundation will operate. Names of Continents, Regions or the World are not acceptable. Please clarify that operational means the country or countries where the company operates (has customers and/or suppliers) or from where the company is actually managed/operated.
