    \u00a0Vamos a ver c\u00f3mo funciona el proceso de entrega de acciones al portador a un custodio autorizado:<\/p>

    • Acta de Junta de Accionistas: La sociedad emite un Acta de Junta de Accionistas en la que se declara que la sociedad se acoge al nuevo r\u00e9gimen de custodia de acciones al portador. Esta acta debe ser registrada ante el Registro P\u00fablico de Panam\u00e1. Entrega de certificados de acciones: El propietario de las acciones al portador debe entregar los certificados originales de acciones al custodio autorizado. Esto se hace acompa\u00f1ado de una Declaraci\u00f3n Jurada en la que el propietario confirma su propiedad y una Declaraci\u00f3n de Beneficiarios en la que designa a los herederos de las acciones y sus respectivos porcentajes.<\/li>
    • Notificaci\u00f3n en caso de emisi\u00f3n de acciones nominativas: Si una sociedad emite acciones nominativas en lugar de acciones al portador, debe informar por escrito al Agente Residente o al Custodio Autorizado sobre esta emisi\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de proporcionar los detalles del titular de las acciones.<\/li>
    • Plazo de entrega: Para las sociedades que se constituyan con acciones al portador, el propietario debe entregar los certificados originales y las declaraciones dentro de un plazo de veinte (20) d\u00edas a partir de la aprobaci\u00f3n de la emisi\u00f3n de las acciones al portador<\/li><\/ul>

      Beneficios de la custodia de acciones al portador:<\/strong><\/p>

      • Disposici\u00f3n hereditaria: La custodia de acciones al portador permite que el propietario designe herederos de las acciones mediante una Declaraci\u00f3n de Beneficiarios, lo que facilita la transmisi\u00f3n de la propiedad de las acciones en caso de fallecimiento sin necesidad de un proceso judicial.<\/li>
      • Confidencialidad: La ley no requiere la divulgaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de los nombres de los propietarios de acciones, lo que permite mantener la confidencialidad de la propiedad.<\/li><\/ul>

        Efectos del incumplimiento:<\/strong><\/p>
